We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Growth team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on optimizing user acquisition, driving product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy to transition users from the web to the app and to increase the overall web conversion & profitability of web traffic.
• Leading cross-functional teams: work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, analytics and research team to deliver high-quality products.
• Achieving performance targets: drive the success of product initiatives, meeting predefined success metrics.
• Market and customer analysis: conduct in-depth market research to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• English level Upper-Intermediate+
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Result-driven approach
