Joom is an international group of e-commerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia.

Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong-Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Russia.

We are now searching for an International Employer Brand Manager, who will build our HR brand in the European market from scratch.


  • Create our company image as an employer of choice to prospective hires
  • Find optimal employer branding channels
  • Develop and create content for all relevant channels
  • Produce and coordinate talent events, community, and conference sponsorships
  • Organize speeches of our speakers at online and offline conferences
  • Drive marketing programs targeting key hiring groups
  • Generate creative and impactful employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in creation of our Employee Value Proposition
  • Make sure our European employer branding machine runs smoothly
  • Track, analyze, and report on results


  • At least 3 years of experience working in community management or employer branding or PR in the EU
  • In-depth experience with creating content
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • Great writing skills and understanding the tone of voice


  • Experience in working at an international IT company or startup in the EU is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing content in social media
  • Experience in organizing and/or participating in online and offline events, conferences, meetups
